Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Weather Restoration Group website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Weather Restoration Group reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

Intellectual Property Rights
The services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Weather Restoration Group, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
User Contributions
You may be permitted to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content to Weather Restoration Group or other users (collectively, “User Contributions”). Any User Contribution you post will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution, you grant us and our licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Weather Restoration Group makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the services. You expressly agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Weather Restoration Group, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) any User Contributions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state in which Weather Restoration Group is headquartered without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
